What to send
Send one concrete problem: a failing CI run, deploy log, incident note, Kubernetes namespace summary, scaling target, database symptom, or architecture sketch. Do not send production secrets, raw customer data, private keys, passwords, or unrestricted production credentials.
What you get
The report includes a short diagnosis, evidence table, recommended next checks, risk boundary, rollback notes, and a small runbook your team can repeat. If the evidence is insufficient, the report says what is missing instead of pretending certainty.
